Your pack shipment

 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS, UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California, Florida, New York, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

 

Shipping

 

FedEx International is our primary shipping carrier supported by Borderlinx Global Solutions. We charge a flat rate of $30 to ship to most destinations and $25 to ship to Canada. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number.

Taxes & Duties

 

Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of international taxes and duties. Taxes and duties (where applicable) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

 

Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your payment method in full
